As luxury event planners in London, we’re always inspired by the seasons — and this Easter, we had the pleasure of designing an elegant Easter tablescape at the iconic Hotel Café Royal. Set in the Nash Room, this exclusive brunch setting was brought to life with spring’s brightest star: the narcissus flower.
For this occasion, we transformed the room into a light-filled space that captured the spirit of the season. Featuring soft candlelight, delicate eggshell accents, and an abundance of narcissus and mimosa blooms, the design reflected this year’s leading Easter décor trends.
Known for its symbolism of renewal, the narcissus flower — with its fresh white and soft yellow petals — became the focal point of our floral styling. Working closely with a team of expert event florists, we created arrangements that felt both organic and refined, adding softness and movement to the space.
In keeping with the season’s joyful tone, the styling included natural textures, golden accents, and gentle lighting to complement the floral colour palette. The result? A dreamy, spring-forward Easter tablescape that balanced tradition with contemporary design.
