Any party allows the personality of the party-givers to shine through and Chaika Events we guarantee an unforgettably great event by creating a theme that celebrates the essential nature of its hosts.

We have recreated the movie scenes, organised space adventures, thrown Warhol style pop art parties, transported guests to Hollywood via their own custom-made La La Land, organised ‘70s style signature events in Marbella Club, created Hawaii on a boat in winter, invited Mr Grey to a hen night, staged bespoke musicals and theatre plays to be performed at private parties and organised public Christmas events conveying the guests to Lapland or Victorian England. 

We believe creativity is limitless, treating each event uniquely, styling and customising it, with the assistance of our in-house team of designers and party planners.

From an intimate private event to a big celebration or corporate party we bring everything necessary for a superlative experience. The foundation is finding the perfect location to enhance the party theme, providing the design concept, choosing the right entertainment options and spicing it up with delicious food.

VENUES

It all starts with the venue. Chaika undertakes a dedicated venue search for every event we plan. We constantly review our location database and test every setting to ensure it’s good enough for your party.

CATERING

We know the best caterers and private chefs and we ensure every event is perfectly catered to delight you and your guests, whether that means top quality finger food for outdoor parties, special diets for weddings or hiring a Michelin starred chef for an outstanding feast.

STYLING

The theme and style of your event creates a stunning first impression and leaves a lasting positive impact on every guest. We explore themes with you to discover the memories you want to create and then hone every aspect of your party planning from decorations and props to lighting design and food.

ENTERTAINMENT

 

From vintage carnivals to Sex and the City, from flappers and gangsters (with ‘bootleg hooch’ in milk bottles) to a neon disco (with Damien Hirst art installations) we know how to make a party memorable for all the right reasons!

Our bespoke Christmas parties and public events are the signature ones for Chaika. We have create every Christmas concept from scratch, working on scripts, decor and entertainment to create a different and truly magical Christmas experience.

CHRISTMAS EVENTS

LAPLAND ADVENTURES

 

Throughout the party children and parents will be joined by a range of chilly characters such as glow-juggling ice people and Bjorn the Polar bear. Adventures include trying out a reindeer rodeo and visiting Santa in his Lapland grotto. A live atmospheric performance revealing the secret story of Lapland’s reindeer provides an unforgettable memory of this special occasion.

VICTORIAN CHRISTMAS

 

Our performers and actors provide traditional Victorian entertainment including a vintage circus, Punch and Judy show, an organ grinder, period street artists, and a Santa’s Grotto, alongside a cast of colourful characters. Enticing sweet stalls such as traditional ice cream, candy carts, popcorn and candy floss prepare guests for an amazing interactive performance that will delight the whole family! 

WINTER WONDERLAND

Our Winter Wonderland is like unpacking a box of magical treats: a giant Snow Globe with non-stop snowfall, festive rides, a bubble show with gigantic bubbles, and Santa’s grotto. Throughout the event, our winter-themed performers interact with guests before putting on a bespoke Christmas extravaganza on the big stage!
